Child’s Day Out
It is the philosophy of Shively Baptist Church that children are a precious gift from God, uniquely created by Him. Our Weekday Early Education Programs of Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten, and Child’s Day Out work very hard to convey that belief to both parent and child. It is our belief that early childhood be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploration, and discovery!
Early childhood education should be designed to promote social, emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual development of the child. It is our desire to provide as many learning opportunities as possible while promoting self-confidence and positive self-esteem for every child in our program. This is accomplished, in part, by providing an inviting and safe atmosphere which allows learning to take place.
