Music & Worship
I want to welcome you to the Music & Worship Ministry of Shively Baptist Church. I am excited that you have chosen to follow God’s leadership in your life to become part of the worship leadership team in our church.
The choir exists for the same reason the Church exists – to worship God, to edify and educate one another, and to spread the Gospel of the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
I hope that you will not consider yourself as a volunteer, but as a ministry team member who has been called into the Lord’s Music Ministry. This puts our responsibility in proper perspectives and gives any glory to God alone.
