Youth Basketball Programs
Lets have a Great Season
Children's Co-Ed Basketball Sign-Ups ages 5 -12
Registration and assessments for team assignments will be in the Shively Baptist Church Gym. A parent must bring the child in tennis shoes, with a birth certificate and their $40 registration fee on one of the dates below. Assessments this year will require a little more time, so plan to spend one hour at registration.
When we reach the max number, registrations will be cut off.
Ages are from 5-12 (Students must be age of 5 as of August 1st.)
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 2nd 2-5 PM
MONDAY NOVEMBER 4th 6-8 PM
FRIDAY NOVEMBER 15th 6-8 PM
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 23rd 1-3 PM
Practices will begin in December and games will start in January.
